  • Returns must be requested within 10 Days of receiving your order

  • Any requests made after this period may not be accepted


3. Refund Process and Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 Hours

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


4. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and order details at connect.accentus@gmail.com

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Intimate or hygiene-related items

  • Gift cards or downloadable products


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed
